HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?

Contact us in advance to check availability and reserve your preferred time slot and party package.
Reach out anytime. We aim to respond in less than 24 hours.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SECURE A BOOKING?

Yes, a refundable deposit (50% of the total package price) is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Once you have confirmed your slot with us, we will send you a link for payment.

The remaining balance is due at the end of the party. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to start time receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior receive 50% refund of the deposit. We allow rescheduling based on availability.

HOW LONG IS A PARTY?

Our charges are based only on the PC gameplay time you select, from Login to Logout. We allow for 15 minutes setup ahead of time if you have party items (food /drink/tablecloths/etc) and 15-30 minutes at the end for blowing out candles, gifts, etc.

WHAT GAMES ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE PARTY?

We offer a wide selection of PC games suitable for various age groups.
For some games we have House accounts, but not for all games and not for all players at once.
Players usually have their own Steam/Riot/Epic/etc accounts.
For Minecraft* and Roblox*, players MUST have their own accounts. 

NOT ALL GAMES ARE SUITABLE FOR PLAYERS UNDER 18. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SUPERVISING ADULT(S) TO DETERMINE WHAT GAMES THE KIDS CAN PLAY.

*MINECRAFT & ROBLOX

Because Minecraft and Roblox are aimed at children, these games come with an enhanced set of authorizations required to login, including, but not limited to, two factor authentication. Often this 2FA is linked to a parent account. This means that a parent NOT PRESENT at the party may be required to log their child into their account. If mistakes are made on login, accounts may be subject to even more authentication. Frequently kids think they know their login but do not. Party-guest parents should be advised to be ready for urgent calls or texts from their kids.

We do not maintain House accounts for Minecraft* and Roblox, to prevent adults from using these accounts for anonymous interaction with kids online.

Minecraft is a Paid game. Roblox is Free.

CONTROLLERS

All our PC rigs are set up with a mouse & keyboard. For players that prefer controllers we have a number of PS5 and Xbox controllers that plug into the PCs. However, if your child really needs a controller, they may want to bring their own from home (with cable).
Not all PC games function with a controller.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS?

GROUP PACKAGE 1 provides up to 18 PCs for players. Plus Switch 2 if requested.

GROUP PACKAGE 2 provides up to 12 PCs for players. Plus Switch 2 if requested.

We have some seating for parents, relatives, etc on folding chairs.

CAN I BRING MY OWN CAKE, FOOD AND SNACKS?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own birthday cake and other food and drink, EXCEPT PEANUTS.

DO YOU OFFER OTHER FOOD AND DRINK OPTIONS?

Yes, we offer various drinks and snack options for purchase on site.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON BEVERAGES?

We permit non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

WHERE CAN GUESTS PARK?

There is a large Public Parking lot across the street at Waterloo Town Square with FREE 2 hour parking all day on Weekends & Holidays, and after 5 pm on Weekdays.

WHEN CAN I ARRIVE TO SET UP DECORATIONS?

You may arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled party start time to set up your cake and any additional decorations. 

WHERE CAN I SETUP CAKE, PIZZA , ETC?

We have folding tables for pizza, cake, etc. These are adjacent to the PCs. There is no separate dining area.

DO I NEED TO BRING PLATES, CUTLERY, AND NAPKINS?

If you bring outside snacks or a cake, we recommend bringing your own servingware.

ADULT SUPERVISION

We require at least one adult (18+) for every 10-12 children to remain in the party area throughout the event.

IS THERE A WASHROOM?

Yes, there is one all gender washroom on site.

ARE THERE ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES?

Due to being located in a 100 year old heritage building, on the second floor, we do not have an elevator, nor an accessible washroom. Stairs are the only way in and out of the building.
